Novelist, Journalist, and Literary Critic

Taha Kehar is a novelist, journalist, and literary critic, with three acclaimed novels to his name, including ‘No Funeral for Nazia’ (2023). He is known for his editorial work, including co-editing ‘The Stained-Glass Window: Stories of the Pandemic from Pakistan’ (2020). He has contributed essays, reviews, and commentaries to The News on Sunday, The Wire, and The Hindu. Currently based in Karachi, he also curates ‘Tales from Karachi,’ an Instagram and print anthology, and teaches undergraduate media and social science courses.
